Just moved to the area and heard great things about this vet office. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the office and friendly employees. They have cold drinks at the front for their customers which seems like such a small thing, but these details are what set them apart from others. Jose the tech was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We saw Dr. Bucki and were very pleased with his thorough exam. He didn’t make us feel rushed and his calm spirit made the appointment a breeze. Another thing that impressed me was the state of the art technology they use and the capability to do many labs and services in-house. Being a pet owner isn’t cheap, and it’s a nice feeling when really do get what you pay for. You’re paying for QUALITY at this facility. Definitely returning!

Just moved to Tampa, brought dogs in to check on immunizations. VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of the staff and a welcoming attitude. Definitely glad we are bringing our dogs here! For first time owners, gave a tour of the facility and outlined the services provided, including home visits, medication drop off at home and Home euthanasia. Dr. Drewes spent the time to educate me on which flea and tick preventative works best in this climate. Highly recommend!

Dr. Panzarella and Dr. Drewes at Bayshore Animal Clinic are THE BEST vets EVER. Bayshore Animal Clinic has taken care of three of my dogs for the past 13 years. I recently had to move 40 minutes away. I very reluctantly, and much to my chagrin, tried a new vet in my new hood because it was an emergency. UGH! I don’t even know what possessed me to think I’d ever find anyone as good as them. Needless to say, I drove over there today, 40 minutes, with no AC in my car, I have cancer (luckily I’m bald now, so it’s cooler to drive! haha), and was sooooooo glad I made the trek for my baby girl-dog. I will never be silly enough to try another vet. LOVE THEM!!!

Dr. Drewes, the front staff, and the vet techs are all amazing they really care about the animals in the animals in their care. They always go out of their way to make my very nervous dog more comfortable, treats, sitting on the floor, letting me help with handling him. Vet visits could be very stressful for us but I never worry at Bayshore because I know they will be patient and give my dog space. They are always upfront with medical options and will give estimates if needed, I have never felt rushed, and have always felt they give comprehensive care. They always follow up when they say they will and even helped us fight a claim with our insurance when they tried to deny coverage. I can’t speak highly enough about the group here. Charlie and I love Bayshore Animal Clinic. Thanks for keeping him healthy!

I’ve been going to Bayshore Animal Clinic since the days of Dr. Z when it was in a tiny place on MacDill. While the owners and staff have changed over three decades, I still consider this my “go-to” place for all my pets’ medical and well-being needs. I took my sick cat in there today and after Dr. Panzarella gave me his diagnosis, she also gave me her cell number in case we had any issues with him this weekend. Now that’s service! I also love their new extended hours. Very clean, great vets and staff and plenty of equipment/expertise for challenging medical problems.

This this is the first positive vet experience with our pit bull. A lot of vets act different around this breed of dog, but not Dr. Bucki. Because of his calm and caring demeanor, our dog had a great visit and wasn’t nervous like he normally is. The staff are also very attentive, kind, and courteous. This clinic is an example of how all veterinary practice should be.

The doctors here practice very high-level Veterinary Care. They are skilled at diagnosing and treating animals in the best possible way. Slip-ups I’ve experienced with other veterinarians and emergency clinics just don’t happen here. And I love the way the doctors all rally together to help when one doctor is not available to collaborate for the best possible care to be given. The tech staff and administrative staff are friendly and supportive as well. There really is no better place.

Dr. Drewes and Dr. Panzarella are extraordinary veterinarians! They have built a great practice where customer service is obviously their #1 goal. They have definitely achieved that goal. They are extremely personable and knowledgeable and really care about their customers and their pets. The front desk staff is awesome and the techs are great as well. I have been to many other vets but now that I’ve found them I will go to no other! They are THE BEST!!!!
